Actually surprised by the room

We loved this functional hotel with efficient staff who helped with our check-out. The location was particularly good, because a bus stop was based close to the property. Cafe Atrium Coffee and Cakes located 1 mi away was a nice surprise...

the hotel was in a good and unbeatable location near the business district, the central bus station in zagreb, and the coast. besides, it was 3 km away from a science museum.

Noisy basement room, dirty bathroom

The location is spot on, just a quick walk from the bus station. Super easy when carrying luggage! The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver for our late arrival, and checking in was efficient. The room was clean and modern, with a large comfortable bed that helped us rest after a long day. I noticed a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which wasn't pleasant. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was quite noisy at night and I couldn't find a way to turn it off. Would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room for those early mornings. The staff were helpful in arranging a taxi for us, a nice touch, but communication regarding early check-in could be improved. A little more clarity about that would have been appreciated, as I was told someone would reach out but never heard back. The stay met our needs, but a few tweaks could enhance the experience significantly.

Gorgeous and fairly clean place, really friendly and amiable stuff who helped with our check-out. Decent and wonderful location - nearby a bus station. Pleasant restaurant relatively close to the hotel.

Beds were a little firm.

The personnel was efficient and consistently courteous. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with good internet access. The service was good in our opinion.

The national hotel is just a short walk from the bus station. The staff were pretty good for my mother, waiting late for her check-in since they knew self-check-in could be tricky. Our room was modern, clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The chic and new room was perfect for our date night, and the staff went out of their way to cool down the room before we returned from dinner. It's definitely exceeded my expectations compared to my last trip here.
