The location is spot on, just a quick walk from the bus station. Super easy when carrying luggage! The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver for our late arrival, and checking in was efficient. The room was clean and modern, with a large comfortable bed that helped us rest after a long day. However, I noticed a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which wasn't pleasant. Also, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was quite noisy at night and I couldn't find a way to turn it off. Would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room for those early mornings. The staff were helpful in arranging a taxi for us, which was a nice touch, but communication regarding early check-in could be improved. A little more clarity about that would have been appreciated, as I was told someone would reach out but never heard back. Overall, the stay met our needs, but a few tweaks could enhance the experience significantly.

The location near the bus station was super convenient for my travels. However, the room had dark hairs on the towels upon arrival, which was a bit unsettling. 😅
